AI Tools for Real Estate Agents: The Content-Generation Stack
Most AI roundups for agents cover voice and CRM tools. This one covers the content-generation slice: the tools that write your captions, cut your listing videos, design your posts and draft your follow-up — with verified prices and two sample stacks.

Search “ai tools for real estate agents” and the roundups all lean the same way: voice agents that answer phones, lead platforms, CRM add-ons. Worthwhile software — but none of it writes Tuesday’s listing post. The content-generation slice of this market, the tools that actually produce your captions, reels, graphics and drafts, is the part those lists skip. This guide covers that slice, job by job.
The AI tools worth an agent’s money in 2026 do one of five jobs: write captions and listing content, make videos, design graphics, draft longer writing, or handle follow-up. Buy for the job you repeat weekly, check every output for fair-housing risk, and prefer tools shaped like real estate work over general chatbots.
What counts as an AI tool for a real estate agent?
Strip the marketing away and an “AI tool” here means software that produces or handles something you used to make by hand: a caption, a video, a design, a draft, a follow-up message. The useful question is never “is it AI?” — it is “which weekly task does it finish?” The five jobs below map to the five tasks agents actually repeat: posting listings, cutting video, making graphics look consistent, writing the longer stuff, and chasing follow-up. Everything else — AI receptionists, voice callers, lead scoring — is a different purchase for a different problem, and it gets one honest section at the end, not the whole article.
Which AI tools write your captions and listing posts?
This is the highest-frequency job in an agent’s week, and the one with the widest range of shapes — from a free generator to a six-figure-a-year membership habit. Four honest options:
ListingLoop (our tool — disclosure first)
Disclosure: ListingLoop is our own product, on our own site, so weigh this entry accordingly — the free Listing Post Generator is live and costs nothing to test. It is built for exactly this job: you enter a listing’s address, price, beds, baths and features, and it returns finished captions in three tones with matching hashtag sets, generated for your listing and your city rather than shared with every agent in it. Every output runs against a fair-housing blocklist (the phrases in our fair-housing caption guide) before you see it. If you want the writing done in bulk, the 30 Listing Posts Pack is $17 once and the Agent Content System is $57 once — one-time prices, not another subscription.
A general AI assistant (ChatGPT and its peers)
A general chatbot is the flexible option: agents use prompt libraries to turn listing facts into captions, market updates and emails, and some memberships — Coffee & Contracts, at $74/mo — build AI caption generation and prompt systems into their content vaults. The trade-off is briefing: the model starts from a blank page every time, so the quality of what comes out tracks the quality of the facts and instructions you paste in. It drafts; it does not know your listing until you tell it.
Predis.ai
Predis is the generic social-content generator in this space: posts, carousels and videos with captions and hashtags generated from prompts, plus scheduling. Pricing is subscription — a free tier with watermarked output, then Lite at $32/mo and Premium at $59/mo. It covers every industry, which is both its strength and its limit: nothing in it is shaped like a listing, so the real-estate judgement — what to lead with, what never to say — stays entirely on you.
Rejig.ai (the premium end)
Rejig shows where caption generation goes when it is fed by the MLS: per-listing posts and videos generated automatically, hyper-local, with compliance claims, sold demo-led to teams and brokers at $100/mo plus a $250 setup fee (Premium) or $150/mo (Luxury). It is the closest mechanical relative of a listing generator — at six to nine times the monthly cost of the tools above, with a demo call between you and your first post.
Skip the blank caption box
The free Listing Post Generator writes this exact kind of post from your listing details — your city, your numbers, your name — in about 20 seconds. Caption 1 is instant; all three captions plus hashtag sets unlock with an email.

Roomvu is the video-led platform: AI-generated branded videos and posts, auto-published daily to seven networks, including hyperlocal market videos and MLS listing videos. It has a free tier; its Omni-Presence plan is $89.99/mo. If your bottleneck is showing up on video every day without filming, this is the shape to look at — priced like a SaaS subscription, because it is one.
Amplifiles takes the opposite shape: pay per job. It turns listing photos (or a pasted listing link) into branded videos at $1.50 per animated image pay-as-you-go, with monthly plans from $29/mo, a done-for-you human-edited option at $29–59 per listing, and AI virtual staging at $0.20 per image. For an agent who lists twice a month, per-job pricing can beat every subscription on this page.
Can AI handle the design side?
Partly. General design platforms like Canva carry real-estate template categories among millions of others, and AI features inside them speed up resizing and layout — but a template still leaves you designing at 10pm, which is the step most agents actually want removed. The membership route removes more of it: Agent Crate’s Create tier ($59/mo) pairs a large template library with a content calendar, and its Automate tier ($99/mo) goes further and publishes four Instagram posts a week for you. Judge design tools by one test: do you get a finished post out, or a better-looking blank page?
What about longer writing — blogs, emails, property descriptions?
This is the general assistants’ home turf. Writing tools like Jasper and the chatbots draft listing descriptions, market-update posts and email sequences competently — agents already use them this way; Keeping Current Matters, a market-data membership (Essentials $39.95/mo), publishes Claude prompt libraries for agents alongside its data content. The standing rule from the caption section applies double at length: the model supplies structure and sentences, you supply every fact. A blog post with an invented median price is worse than no blog post.
Can AI run your follow-up and CRM too?
It can, and it is a legitimate purchase — just a separate one from content. Agent Crate’s Grow tier ($149/mo) bundles a CRM, website builder, funnels and email campaigns on top of its content tiers; services like Aibrify run an AI receptionist line alongside their done-for-you social plans ($99 or $199/mo); communities such as BAMx ($197/mo) fold AI script and hyperlocal-content tools into coaching. Answering and follow-up tools solve missed enquiries. They do not write Thursday’s post — budget for them after the content job is covered, not instead of it.
How do you choose between all of these?
- •Start from your facts, not a blank prompt. Tools shaped like the job — listing details in, finished post out — save the briefing step every single time. General tools win on flexibility and lose on setup, every time.
- •Ask what it does about fair housing. Captions are advertising, and “perfect for families” is a liability, not a compliment. A tool that screens output against a blocklist is doing compliance work you would otherwise do by eye, tired, at 10pm. (The full phrase list is in our fair-housing-safe captions guide.)
- •Match the cost shape to the repetition. Weekly recurring work justifies a subscription — especially when it publishes for you or feeds on MLS data. One-off assets suit one-time prices. Four overlapping subscriptions doing one job is the common failure mode.
- •Run the finished-post test. Generate one real listing post with each finalist. Time it. If the output still needs designing, rewriting and hashtag-hunting, the tool moved your work instead of removing it.
- •Count the data entry honestly. MLS-fed tools remove typing but add setup fees, demos and contracts. Typing six fields into a generator takes under a minute. Know which side of that trade your volume puts you on.
What does a working AI stack look like for a solo agent?
Keep it to one tool per job. Captions and listing posts: a real-estate generator — start with the free one and only pay when volume proves the need. Video: a pay-per-job tool like Amplifiles, so a quiet month costs nothing. Design: the finished posts and templates you already own, in one consistent brand style. Longer writing: one general assistant, used as a drafter with your facts pasted in. Follow-up: your existing CRM’s automations before any AI add-on. That stack covers every weekly content job with at most one small subscription — and most of it can start free.
What changes when you run a small team?
Coordination becomes the cost, not generation. A shared system matters more than individual tools: one calendar, one brand treatment, and — at team volume — publishing or MLS-fed generation starts to pencil out, whether that is Agent Crate’s Automate tier publishing for the team or a platform like Roomvu pushing video daily. The compliance rule scales too: a fair-housing check that lives in the tool protects every agent on the team, including the newest one posting at 10pm. Add the follow-up layer (CRM tiers, an AI receptionist) once listings per month make missed enquiries more expensive than the software.
Whichever stack you build, the order matters: cover the weekly content jobs first, with the cheapest shape that finishes them, and let a month of real volume — not a demo — argue for each upgrade. If you want to see what the first job looks like finished, the free Listing Post Generator writes a caption from your next listing’s details in about 20 seconds, and the 30 Listing Posts Pack shows the same formats as finished posts — graphic, caption, hashtags and a posting prompt on each.
